Not COLD, but COOL!

It may not have snowed, but we still had a cool day.  First graders looked like little snowflakes dressed all in white.  We stayed busy cutting snowflakes and writing about why we are special.  The high point of the day was building sugar cube castles.  After lunch, we had an old fashioned snow ball fight.  We ended the day with a little lesson in weather (trying to explain why it doesn't snow in Houston) and enjoyed Frost the Snowman and an all white snack!
